Our client, a reputable Insurance company is looking for Sales Promotion Executives to take a new Life Insurance product to the market in style in Kisumu. A good retainer will be given to the right candidates plus attractive commissions.
The successful candidates will be expected to;
* Conduct intensive promotion campaigns of Life Insurance products
* Explain features, advantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans.
* Act as the first point of contact between the company and prospective clients while ensuring that you create a lasting positive impression of the company in the mind of the clients.
* Act as the face of the company, ensuring that you present a professional image of the product in the minds of the prospective customers, compelling them to consider the company their preferred Life Insurance provider.
Candidate profile
* Diploma/ Certificate/ Degree in Sales and Marketing
* Excellent communication skills

SENIOR SALES REPRESENTATIVES (5 POSITIONS, BASED IN NAIROBI)
Our client, a major producer and exporter of raw, processed and value added agricultural produce is looking to hire a Senior Sales Representatives reporting to the Sales Manager. The main responsibility for the role is to increase sales volume and maximize market share.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The main responsibilities in this role include:
* Achievement of targeted sales and budgeted profit margins.
* Making sure that the company products are distributed in relevant stores.
* Ensuring that products are well rotated using the first in, first out principle.
* Monitoring product performance in the stores.
* Monitoring and evaluating competitor activity, and provide market information and intelligence.*
* Maintaining a clean debtor’s ledger.
* Taking responsibility for the accurate, timely and complete preparation of all quotations.
* Protecting, developing and growing the existing client base through continuous relationship building and customer services programmes.
* Enhancing customer satisfaction by liaising with customers to solve problems
* Documenting, reporting and discussing execution of plans, sales and margin analysis and overall productivity with the Sales Manager.
REQUIREMENTS:
The position is a very hands-on role, requiring a highly motivated, independent, strong, and assertive Sales Executive who has an outstanding record of sales achievement and who will hit the ground running. Our client is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are motivated by job satisfaction and the desire to achieve outstanding results. The ideal candidate will be aged between 30 and 35 years.
The successful candidate will be a degree or higher diploma holder in Sales and Marketing with in depth knowledge of the food industry. He/she will have good working knowledge of all food sales policies (cash, credit, instalments) and demonstrate knowledge of sales processes, including the ability to accurately meet customers’ needs. The successful candidate will be highly numerate, computer literate, have excellent communication and reporting skills and possess a clean driver’s license.
The salary for this position is KShs 50,000 gross with benefits including a company car and medical cover.
